At Interval Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your personal best. If your new running apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
